Our Rules
We Provide a Safe and Entertaining Venue for Everyone
To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable visit, please follow our Rules of Play:
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* Please follow the age and height guidance displayed throughout the venue.
* Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the play areas.
* Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play areas.
* No food or drinks are permitted inside the play equipment or roleplay rooms.
* Please treat our equipment, toys, and facilities with care.
* Running, rough play, pushing, or climbing on the outside of equipment is not permitted.
* Only one person should use a slide at a time unless otherwise stated.
* Remove any sharp objects, jewellery, or loose items before playing.
* Children should use equipment appropriate for their age and ability.
* If you notice damaged equipment or have any safety concerns, please inform a member of our team immediately.
* Please follow the instructions of our team members at all times.
* We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
