Bookings are non-refundable unless we cancel your session.

• Where possible, booking transfers may be offered if requested at least 48 hours before your

session, subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse changes requested after this time.

• If we are required to cancel a session, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
