Welcome to The Little Village Role Play. By making a booking, purchasing tickets, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Bookings should be made through our online booking system unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Your booking confirmation email acts as proof of purchase and should be available upon arrival.

2. Cancellations & Changes

• Bookings are non-refundable unless we cancel your session.

• Where possible, booking transfers may be offered if requested at least 48 hours before your session, subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse changes requested after this time.

• If we are required to cancel a session, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Arrival

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booked session.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced play time, as sessions finish at the advertised time.

• We cannot extend sessions due to late arrival.

4. Supervision

• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

• Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of children in their care at all times.

• Our staff are present to operate the venue and assist visitors but are not responsible for supervising children.

5. Play Rules

To ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit:

• No running.

• Respect other children and families.

• Share toys and role play areas.

• Please follow staff instructions at all times.

• Rough play, bullying, abusive behaviour, or damage to equipment will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave without refund.

6. Health & Hygiene

For the wellbeing of all visitors:

• Please do not visit if you or your child has experienced sickness, diarrhoea, or a contagious illness within the previous 48 hours.

• Children should wash or sanitise their hands before and after play.

• Nappies should only be changed in the designated baby changing facilities.

7. Food & Drink

• Food and drink may only be consumed in designated café or seating areas.

• No food or drinks are permitted inside the play village unless authorised by management.

• We reserve the right to refuse outside food except where required for babies or medical or dietary reasons.

8. Allergies

Our café prepares food containing a variety of ingredients, including common allergens.

Although we take care during food preparation, we cannot guarantee that any food or drink is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

If you or your child has a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, please speak to a member of staff before ordering.

9. Clothing

• Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play.

• Socks may be required in certain play areas.

• Shoes should only be worn in designated areas where instructed.

10. Personal Belongings

Visitors bring personal belongings at their own risk.

The Little Village Role Play accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal possessions.

11. Damage

Any deliberate or reckless damage caused to our equipment, fixtures, furnishings, or property may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible adult.

12. Photography

Visitors are welcome to take photographs of their own children for personal use.

Please respect the privacy of other families and avoid photographing or filming children who are not part of your group.

From time to time we may take photographs for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested before any identifiable images are used.

13. CCTV

CCTV operates throughout the premises for the safety and security of our visitors, staff, and property.

14. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe environment, children play at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.

15. Refusal of Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if they:

• behave aggressively or abusively;

• fail to supervise children;

• endanger themselves or others;

• damage equipment or property; or

• fail to follow these Terms & Conditions or staff instructions.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
